How to choose the bathroom shower materials?

Plants that make more sanitary shower often encounter the problem of material coating when selecting product materials. Generally, sanitary shower is made of EPDM modified TPV material, but the price of EPDM modified TPV material is high, and the coating effect is not good, especially the effect of adhesive coating ABS/POM is also poor and there will be odor, so now some sanitary shower manufacturers will also choose TPE sanitary shower material when selecting materials.

Because the bathroom is in a humid environment for a long time, we have high requirements for TPE bathroom shower materials:

■ It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, safe and elastic

■ It has excellent colorability, smooth and smooth surface

■ Good adhesion and sealing performance with POM or ABS

■ Weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance

■ No peculiar smell, in line with European standards

Similarly, TPE can also be used on bathroom plugs, shower handle rubber, shower pipe joints, and bathroom seals.
