Please follow our install instruction which comes with the package.

Make sure there is no water in your existing water tube before installation.

Make sure that you have a wrench in hand and you can use it to connect your toilet with your water supply by the flexible hose.

For testing the sprayer, please turn on the water very slowly so that you can check before it leaks.

Q2: Why did the T-adapter connector leak when I finish installing the handheld bidet?

A2: Please add the rubber gasket into the T-adapter that can avoid leaking when you connect the T-adapter and hose.
